Proportional directional valve for chemical liquids

I would like to ask if there are proportional directional valves available for chemical liquid products, which can be used to achieve precise closed-loop control of liquid delivery, and that can automatically adjust the opening size according to the set flow rate. I had no prior experience with the transportation of chemical liquids. In the field of hydraulics, there are such proportional directional valves.
Is it an electric proportional control valve? Could you give a more accurate name? Thank you
