Problems with vibration in rotating machinery

I recently encountered a problem at work: the SHS01003-2004 standard for vibration in rotating machinery states that it applies to machines operating at speeds of 600–12,000 rpm. Since a reciprocating compressor operates at 333 rpm, can this standard be used in such cases?
It should refer to a turbine compressor.
That makes sense; this standard applies to rotating machinery. Thank you! Then what standards are followed for reciprocating compressors?
