The blades of this mixer keep falling off; there are no grooves or pins inside, and it’s basically held in place by bolts on the outside. The impellers keep falling off right now; please help and see if there’s any solution. The shaft cannot be machined
There’s a problem with this mixing design; it can’t be secured with bolts. How about you send me the drawings and I’ll come up with a solution for you
The outlet has threads – was this designed by mechanical engineers? Why weren’t any designs provided for the short outlet tube and the flange? It’s simply absurd. The year’s bizarre designs are about to begin, and this is great material for that.
Inside the impeller, it’s like this: they are directly clamped together
The last edit to this post was made by zdl1966 on 2017-7-30 at 09:18. Holes are drilled at the point where the mixer is fixed to the shaft (what we call the \"Erha guard\"), and long bolts are used to secure it in place through the shaft.

Are there any positioning pins or keys inside the clamp?
To avoid damaging the shaft, a wedge-shaped shaft clamp can be added to the shaft end and secured with axial bolts. It should be simple; just check if there’s enough space at the bottom axis.
I see this should have keys and keyways. Is there a problem with the fit between the key and the keyway?
There’s no ridge; there is only a slightly shallower area, which is the line visible in the image, but it’s too shallow to hold anything in place
