The reason is that it allows for the timely shutdown of the medium in case of an accident, thereby preventing the accident from spreading. It would be best to have standard specifications for support, thank you

Thank you to the three people above for their answers. This should not constitute a chemical process that poses a significant hazard and thus requires special supervision. It is a remote shutdown mechanism provided solely in case of leaks or fires where operators are unable to shut off the valves on site.
In cases where pressurized hydrogen is present, does it not fall under the category of two high-risk factors and one major risk?
