I’m wondering if any experienced professionals are aware of the issue with the deterioration of the water tank at the front end of high-speed fan heat exchangers; I would be extremely grateful if anyone could help

As the title suggests, there is a high-speed fan in the factory. There is a water tank at the front of the heat exchanger, filled with a mixture of distilled water, antifreeze, and coolant. After it circulates for some time, a lot of debris similar to rags or filter cotton accumulates in the water tank; I’m not sure where this comes from. What could be the reason?
It should be bacteria that grow in water; add some biocide and see what happens
