Apply grease to the motor’s rolling bearings

Lubricating grease is added to the rolling bearings in motors; too little of it results in high bearing temperatures, while too much also leads to high temperatures. There is no oil level gauge similar to that found in oil sumps, and when adding grease, it is generally added until no more can fit in. I would like to ask if there are any good experiences or methods for adding lubricant? Thank you!
Install an automatic greasing unit; it is recommended to use it on relatively important high-voltage motors, as it is fairly cost-effective.
In my opinion, lubricant must be added at regular intervals and in the correct amount. Then the problem of increased temperature in the motor bearings will not occur.

Thank you. Basically, it’s the motor bearing that gets hot; lubricant is added according to operating conditions, but I’m not sure exactly how much to use.
It is normal for the motor bearings to run at high temperatures if too little or too much lubricant is used. When new and old lubricants are mixed together, a bonding process occurs due to changes in their molecular structure; this process generates heat in the mixed lubricant, and normal temperatures are restored after one or two hours
