The 75KW motor was damaged at night; it stopped operating during normal operation, and could not be restarted. After contacting an electrician, it was found that the motor had burned out； The supporting equipment is a fan with an air volume of 7500 M3/h ； The normal operating current is around 90. Since the fan is a component of the pulse dust collector, its current level decreases gradually during operation; it drops to 75 at its lowest point, after which the system must be shut down, as the system requires a positive pressure above 75 ； Putting the system aside for now, I’d like all of you experts to take a look and analyze what could be the reasons behind the motor burning out Thank you!
As for the electrical aspects, issues such as phase faults in the motor windings, ground short circuits, and short circuits that result in single-phase operation can all lead to an increase in current, which is what causes this problem. The key is to use it in pulses; any minor anomaly will go unnoticed, and it will get damaged after some time.
Can it be fixed? ? This cost is too high!
The insulation must be zero. Re-wound at the factory!
