Coal slurry leakage from the coal grinder drum bolts

Our facility uses a coal-to-olefins process, and the bolts on the coal grinder drums often cause coal slurry to leak; we are seeking solutions.
Personally, if leaks occur due to frequent damage of the bolt sealing gaskets, it is advisable to replace them with rubber gaskets of better quality; if the bolts break frequently, then it’s necessary to use bolts with higher strength.
What material is the gasket made of? Try using a spring washer or a PTFE composite washer in place of the copper gasket.
The leak is caused by loose or broken bolts; finding this cause will allow it to be fixed easily
The bolt type currently in use is the improved version of the one that came before it.
Is the improvement useful? It’s just that less coal slurry is flowing.
