There is one boiler and one primary fan, and around 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. every day, severe axial vibration occurs on multiple occasions, with periodic fluctuations; the changes in the horizontal and vertical directions are minimal. What causes this phenomenon, and how should it be addressed? Please provide a solution
According to you, it’s very likely a problem with the manufacturing process. Also, it’s time to check whether the impeller needs to be cleaned. It’s best to have it disassembled for inspection, including the bearings. Check the process parameters – namely the outlet pressure and suction pressure – to ensure that they remain within the operating range of the equipment during vibration.
Check the bearings to see if the lock nuts on them are loose
No adjustments were made to the process, and the boiler load remained relatively stable, fluctuating only at these two time points
It is likely related to changes in air density, which cause abnormal vibrations in the unit.
Try using the bottom drain valve to release water; if that doesn’t work, check for scale buildup on the impeller, and finally perform on-line dynamic balancing
What are the temperatures at these two locations? Is it the same?
There is some variation in temperature, with a difference of around 20 degrees
The frequent occurrences of large axial vibrations around 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. every day definitely have little to do with the fan. . .
