Low-flow Roots blower

We are currently seeking a Roots blower with a flow rate of less than 30 m3/h, an inlet pressure of 0.01 MPag, and an outlet pressure of 0.03 MPag; the material handled contains chlorine gas. Could you recommend some manufacturers that can produce this type of equipment?
I consulted Unnat, and there is no equipment that meets the requirements, but thanks anyway :)
