There is a large amount of foam in the GEA ice machine oil – why?

After using a mixture of R22 and York 7#, there was an excessive amount of foam in the GEA refrigerant oil; this problem did not occur when using GEA 1# refrigerant oil, and it only started appearing after the oil was changed. At the same time, the oil level at the bottom of the oil tank is very low, almost at the minimum level indicated; while the oil level in the upper part of the tank is quite high. Could it be that the filter elements are not compatible?
The oil temperature is not high, at 43.4°C, and the exhaust temperature is also not high, at 54.7°C℃
Would this happen if there is a leak in the intake?
Yes, when negative pressure enters the air, bubbles form into foam under the effect of that pressure
