What flushing method is generally used for the mechanical seal of centrifugal low-pressure coal slurry pumps? Based on on-site assessment, it should be plan32+53A
It can’t be 32+53; 32 represents high-pressure external flushing. Used for single-face mechanical seals. 53 is used for double-end face sealing; how are these two approaches used in combination?
32 is indeed the external flushing element, but it serves as the first sealing ring for flushing; 53 is the second sealing ring for flushing
Yes, there are two sealing surfaces: the inner one is rinsed with PLAN32, with the rinsing pressure maintained at 0.1–0.2 Mpa higher than that in the sealing chamber; the outer sealing surface is cleaned using industrial white oil through a pump ring. Is there any problem with this?
