It seems to be a Quentum 4 control center; it’s too old, and issues such as repeated start/stop cycles and screen blackouts occur frequently. In severe cases, it won’t even start up. To ensure smooth operation, it is still recommended to upgrade Quantum HD and Quantum 5.
