Does anyone understand swing screens? Such screens are equipped with additional vibration-enhancing devices; some use elastic balls, some incorporate brushes, and others use ultrasonic waves. For different types of materials, how should one choose the appropriate additional vibration-enhancing device?
Ultrasonic waves are commonly used for screening materials with a small particle size; ultrasonic methods are employed to clean sieve meshes for powder materials with a particle size of less than 0.5 mm.
Elastic balls are commonly used for cleaning screens during the screening of granular materials; it is required that these elastic balls be much heavier than the materials, and the size of the material particles should not exceed 10 mm.
The materials used for cleaning the mesh with a brush can be slightly larger than those of the previous two methods.
