We encountered great obstacles during the disassembly process. After careful study later, we found that the disassembly and assembly principle is actually quite simple. The principle of this device is very simple, but the technical content of the hydraulic disassembly and assembly process is still very high, especially the maintenance process. If you look at the bearing bush and coupling, it should be a sinking drum compressor or a Schenck coupling. For example, you need to measure the depth of the shaft head before disassembly, and control it not to pull lint during the pressing process. When reassembly, use the designed depth of the shaft head as the standard or the amount of advancement, etc.

This is the same as the principle of SKF bearing tooling. The shaft is machined with holes and channels, and then pressurized by a hydraulic pump. Many imported equipment bearings are installed like this. Once you know how to use it, it is actually very convenient and does not damage the equipment or accessories.
