In the operation of the company’s ethanol chiller, the temperature of the coolant keeps rising; initially, with a load of around 40%, the temperature could be reduced to -40°C, but by the time the load reached 90%, the temperature could only drop to -30°C. The leak was caused by cracks in the weld of the pipe connection at the base valve of the oil-gas separator safety valve. The image above is the photo after repair.
