If the interference fit between the rolling bearing and the shaft is too large, will it affect the clearance between the rolling elements and the inner and outer rings?

Yes, sometimes the fit between the shaft and the hole is so tight that once everything is installed, it’s not possible to rotate it at all – it gets stuck straight away
