The breathing valves of the reciprocating compressor are leaking oil. There are two breathing valves in total on this machine; as long as one of them leaks significantly while the other does not, there is a filter element inside. The measures taken include: 1) raising the breathing valves to a height of 0.5 meters, 2) installing a partition inside the pipes (similar to a tray structure), and 3) adding two bends to the pipeline in addition to the partition – yet leakage persists. Is there a more concise and aesthetically pleasing way? Thank you
Replace the packing ring or check it
The oil from the breather valve isn’t leaking out; it’s probably the result of hot oil vapor condensing
Was it the sealed gas that pushed it aside?
It should be that the filter element inside can’t be sealed

I have a similar issue here as well – oil leakage from the crankcase breather valve.
The oil is hot; it seems that the oil cooling effect at the light oil station is not satisfactory.
The oil cooling efficiency decreases, and the load on the unit becomes too high, which leads to the condensation of lubricant vapor and oil at the breather valve, resulting in liquid accumulation. This phenomenon occurs in the breather valves of many reciprocating compressors.
A breathing valve is designed to allow oil and gas to escape; it cannot prevent this from happening. You can put an oil-absorbing mat, such as a scarf, at the breather valve and replace it regularly to keep it clean.
