Dear heroes, I have a question and need help. We have a project that has installed several sets of centrifugal blowers, one of which is equipped with a permanent magnet speed regulator. This set of fans and the permanent magnet speed regulator have been installed in place, but the shaft beat of the blower has been 10-20 wires when adjusting the timing. The permanent magnet speed regulator manufacturer does not agree to start the machine, but we can't find any regulations. The matter is stuck here. What should we do?

The runout of the fan main shaft coupling should be less than 0.05mm
Experts and permanent magnet speed control manufacturers also say the same thing, but is there a standard for this statement?
Does this parameter require such high power? ? ? Each unit pays an additional 150 kilowatt hours of electricity per hour. The coupling is not debugged and inspected before leaving the factory, but is debugged only after it arrives at the site? For specific standards, please refer to SHS 01003-2004
There are regulations on pump/fan installation acceptance procedures and fan inspection and maintenance procedures.
I also want to purchase two 100m3/min multi-stage centrifugal fans in the near future. I don’t know which brand is better?
Permanent magnet speed regulation has relatively high requirements for alignment. Large centering jumps can easily cause magnetic imbalance. Their insistence is right. The key question is to find out why the fan beat value is so large
Hey, I will shed tears if I talk too much. Not only did I win the bid with a low price, but I also didn’t review the list of manufacturers carefully. I was screwed by this fan manufacturer.
It was adjusted before leaving the factory. After running on site for three months without oiling, the motor held the shaft. The motor was returned to the factory for repair. The permanent magnet speed regulator was returned to the factory for inspection. This problem occurred during reinstallation.
