Today, I disassembled an Atlas multi-stage three-stage air compressor used for instrument air; the impeller blades were damaged, and there was a screw on the impeller shaft. How do I remove it? Please advise

Check whether there are any screw holes on the impeller that could be used to install a screw, so as to pull the impeller out using that screw. The image you provided isn’t clear; it seems to be either a screw hole or a hole drilled to reduce weight for better balance
Judging from its appearance, it should be an impeller shaft; there are specialized hydraulic stretching tools for this
Ingersoll Rand’s centrifugal compressors are driven by hydraulics; you can also check whether there is a place on the shaft head where hydraulic tools can be installed
This requires professional tools. I have it.
This one from Atlas requires a special hydraulic tool.
Use a specialized hydraulic tool to stretch the spindle (pressure is required; it must not exceed the specified level, otherwise the spindle will deform and cannot be restored to its original shape). After stretching, insert a wrench into the small hole to loosen the nut
