Who should be responsible for the maintenance of submersible pumps?

Hello everyone, I would like to ask: who is responsible for repairing submersible pumps – replacing bearings and seals? Is it the electrician or the mechanic (blacksmith)? Thank you for your reply
Of course, pump maintenance falls under mechanical repair, while motor maintenance falls under electrical work
Each company determines this division of labor based on its own circumstances; there seems to be no uniform standard. Common practice: 1. Submersible pumps are special; for mechanical failures, the machine itself is repaired first. If there are issues with the pump body, that part is fixed, and if there are problems with the motor, electrical repairs are carried out. 2. Enterprises that meet the requirements, such as those with a clear and detailed classification of job roles in state-owned enterprises, assign the electrical components to the electrical department, while mechanical components like motor bearings and seals are taken care of by the mechanical maintenance team.
The larger the equipment, the easier it is to distinguish between different types; however, this small submersible pump is quite difficult to differentiate. Thank you for your answer
