I agree with the opinion above: it’s necessary to find a professional service that can conduct a comprehensive analysis of the oil. The paint film phenomenon is mainly caused by the oxidation of the oil and its ‘micro-combustion’, and this issue is common in turbines and hydraulic oils
The oil quality is poor; there’s no other reason

For oil quality issues, using an oil filter may result in very little carbon buildup.

The dynamic lubrication conditions of the wafer are not excellent; as long as the vibration and temperature levels are normal, there’s no need to worry too much. During installation, simply wipe it clean with a piece of cloth dipped in solvent – there are no mechanical issues. Let’s analyze the oil carefully.
