What are the steps to switch a piston compressor? Is it changing the backup to operational mode? Does anyone know? Please tell me. Piston compressors are used to compress ammonia. Thank you, extra points!
First, start the auxiliary systems of the standby unit, such as its oil system, cooling system, and oil/water drainage systems. Open the corresponding return valves using short-circuiting, circuiting, or bypass methods (i.e., internal circulation, with exhaust returning to the intake rather than being discharged outside). Once parameters such as temperature rise return to normal, operate the two units simultaneously, reducing the output of one unit while increasing that of the other, in order to gradually integrate the standby unit into the system.
Start the backup one first, then stop the one in use
