Dear sea friends! Irregular vibrations occur at the turbine exhaust end of the syngas compressor; and with no changes in any parameters, the vibration level at that end drops from 21 um to 13 um before rising to around 60 um. The value of these fluctuations varies each time. I would appreciate some guidance from those with more experience.
Check the connectors to see if there is poor contact, and examine the signal wires for any external interference. After ruling out factors other than those related to the machinery itself, if the problem persists, use instruments to measure the vibration.
It’s either a fault with the machine itself or with the instruments; check it out!
Did it fluctuate only this once? It’s still periodic fluctuations.

If there are only random changes, it is most likely that there is a fault in the instrumentation system itself, such as with the probes, junction boxes, or amplification units; it is advisable to rule out such issues first.
There are irregular fluctuations, with more than 20 such occurrences; the maximum value reached was 90 um
Is it electric drive or hydraulic drive? Has the speed been adjusted? Has there been any change in pressure? Has the process been modified? Many factors need to be taken into consideration
First, take a look at the vibration frequency – whether it is half the power frequency or something else – as this provides important reference information. Since there is only one vibration curve, no more information can be provided; it is speculated that it might be a fault related to the bearing bushes or a gas stall-type fault.
