What is the standard pressure test value for a mechanical seal?

What is the pressure testing standard for mechanical seals in a static state? Is it the operating pressure of the pump or a pressure lower than that? I think it’s the operating pressure, because after the mechanical seal is installed, it operates under the pump’s operating pressure when the pump is running. Is there any difference in pressure testing between a dual-mechanical-seal system and a single-mechanical-seal system? Seeking advice from experts
