The bulk density of the powder produced by our company has not been good enough; currently, the particle size ranges from 40 to 80 mesh, with nearly half of it being at 60 mesh. The current bulk density is 0.435, and we want to raise it above 0.5. The current process mainly involves granulation using a spray drying machine, followed by crushing and then packaging using a packaging machine (the material is fed into the packaging machine via gas transport, rather than by gravity). Do any of you have any recommendations for processes or new equipment?
After crushing, a conveyor is added to transport the material to a vibrating screen; the material with smaller particles is sorted out and packaged, while the larger particles are sent back to the crusher for further crushing. This allows for stable control of the bulk density

The pneumatic conveying system makes the material more loose, and during packaging the material moves around inside the packaging bag like water. To increase the density in the later stage, an evacuative packaging machine can be used to address the packaging issue. Pumping air out effectively increases the bulk density of the material and removes the air between the particles.
