Can a venturi tube be used for gas-liquid mixing?

I want to use a venturi tube to push compressed air in order to draw out a certain amount of water and achieve preliminary gas-liquid mixing; I’m not sure if this is feasible The pipes are placed inside the tank; after the water is pumped out, it still sprays back into the tank. I hope this will help ensure more even distribution of air as it is expelled. Could anyone advise me on whether this approach works?
