Where do the matching dimensions in Figure S2 refer to?
Can any god explain it to me?
The clearance between S1 and the inner cylinder is measured by pulling the angle ring up and down by hand. S2 and s3 are the clearances between the nozzle of the upper cover of the cylinder.
Does it match the position of the upper cylinder? The upper cylinder has 5 ports, why do the angular rings only have 4? How should the fit size of s 2 be measured?
I have seen the fitting position of the angular ring, but I still don’t know how to measure it. How should I measure it?
The first expansion section of the steam turbine is equipped with 4 or 5 regulating steam valves. When valve 5 (the fifth valve in the valve opening sequence, located in the middle) is used for nozzle adjustment, an angular ring is installed between the valve seat outlet and the inner cylinder. When valve 5 is used for bypass throttling adjustment, there is no need for an angular ring behind the valve.
