What are the causes of vibration in the piston engine cylinder head?

One 2D-10 gas compressor in our factory had its cylinder block replaced at the first stage; the cylinder head was not replaced. The piston ring support rings for the first stage were replaced, as well as the hydraulic fluid. After one month of operation, significant vibration was observed in the first-stage cylinder head and cylinder block. Tighten the footings and support plates, and check that the bearing shells are in good condition. What kind of problem is this? Please give some guidance.
Personally, I think it should be considered from the following aspects； 1. Are the cylinder head fastening bolts loose? 2. Has there been any change in the clearance between the piston and the cylinder head at the top dead center? 3. Is there any leakage of fluid? 4.
