There are quite a few results for this search, so I won’t attach any files. The principles used by different equipment manufacturers vary to some extent. The completion documents for the equipment also include information related to the speed regulators. The difficulty here does not lie in a lack of documentation; rather, it lies in the need to carefully study the equipment-related documents. Here is an approach I once used as a reference: by combining the control oil circuit diagram with the structure diagram of the throttle actuator’s speed control valve, one can understand how the control oil is distributed within the throttle actuator, how this distributed control oil drives the actuator, and how the actuator in turn causes the speed control valve to move.
