Regarding the 53A auxiliary sealing issue

Multi-stage centrifugal pump, sealing type 23+53A. During operation, the pressure in the white oil tank suddenly dropped; (the pump became vacuumed due to a clogged filter while it was running), and the medium entered the white oil tank. When the sealing pressure of 53A suddenly drops, can it be assumed that this seal has leaked? Under normal circumstances, I need to first activate the seal in order to maintain a pressure of 0.1–0.2 MPa at the inlet for the high-pressure medium; only after the seal is activated should the filling pump be used. When sealing is applied first, the white oil pressure should not decrease. When white oil is re-injected and the pump is started normally, the pressure of the white oil remains stable and the pump operates properly. In the above situation, is there a problem with the sealing of 53A?
Generally, the pressure at 53A remains constant; this is the pressure of nitrogen. 53A is usually used to monitor the liquid level.
Has the level of the white oil decreased? If so, the mechanical seal on the medium side has been damaged
