The unit shuts down automatically when the outlet temperature reaches 95 degrees; it can even reach 103.3 degrees. The rotor cannot be rotated, and there is severe damage to the outlet area of the rotor. No abnormalities were found in the synchronizing gears or bearings. As shown in the diagram below, diesel is used for cooling. Please help analyze the cause of this fault

Such phenomena can also occur due to changes in the mechanical structure caused by excessively high material temperatures during the manufacturing process. If the bearing is in good condition, it is recommended to start by checking the manufacturing process. For reference.
The rotor is cooled by diesel spraying, and the oil level in the diesel tank dropped rapidly before the failure occurred

The highest export temperature in this instance was only 103.3 degrees, which did not cause the rotor to lock up; even when the export temperature reached 106.5 degrees during testing, the rotor did not lock up as well
Changes in temperature can cause locking up; it’s not the high temperature per se
Check the inlet for debris, as well as the inlet pipes and filters!
There are many reasons, and temperature may be one of them. This temperature should not be determined based on what has been achieved in the past; rather, the appropriate temperature range for the equipment should be used as the reference. For reference.
Is the installation clearance too low, causing the clearance to become significantly smaller due to temperature changes, or are there impurities in the material?
Like this on one side? Is it the same on both sides? Is the entire rotor damaged?
The bite mark on the exit side is severe, while there is almost no wear on the entry side
