Experts, please recommend oil-free vacuum pumps with an exhaust rate of at least 24 m3/min and a ultimate pressure of 2 Kpa; which manufacturers offer good products?
Using a unit is the option; there’s probably no very suitable solution for a single pump without oil
That refers to many imported dry pumps, like those from Beck and similar brands; I work with vacuum pumps:lol:lol:lol
The unit we’re using currently has many issues, so we plan to replace it.

The so-called oil-free vacuum pump is nothing but a gimmick; it’s actually a design that originated from early horizontal reciprocating pumps, with the correct name being vertical reciprocating vacuum pump. Manufacturers call it an oil-free pump to deceive people – pumps with pistons cannot operate without oil, and they will get damaged within just one hour! Compared to earlier horizontal reciprocating vacuum pumps, it indeed uses less oil, but it cannot be called oil-free! Vacuum pumps that are truly oil-free in the part where flow occurs include screw vacuum pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps, Roots vacuum pumps, ejectors, and so on!
