This question is too technical. Try to find a solution from another perspective. That is to contact the equipment manufacturer, purchase its spare parts, along with warranty terms. Additionally, it is also possible to make purchases under a technical agreement; the manufacturer will produce according to the materials you provide. Hehe, but only the manufacturer knows what material it is;P It’s better to purchase it using the material specified by the manufacturer, along with relevant warranty terms. You just need to purchase spindles of that specific model of machine (preferably as complete rotor sets, as this relates to the issue of dynamic balance); as long as the service life is ensured, even one made from wood will do: lol

28CrMoNiV steel: 1. It has stable microstructural properties and can be used at 525°C for extended periods of time. 2. Fracture properties: J0.05=73.5 N/mm, KJ0.05=128.9 MPa·2m1/2; Ji=29.4 N/mm, J0.2=210.7 N/mm. Units of this type are quite common in Hangzhou Automobile factories. Although 34CrMo1A steel has relatively poor hardenability, its overall mechanical properties are sufficient for use as rotor material in medium and small-sized generator sets. The turbine rotor is the core component of such equipment, and manufacturers exercise strict control over it; therefore, there will be no issues with its quality.
