In Sinopec’s supervision outline, regarding the provisions for the dynamic balance testing of turbine rotors, the original wording states that \"the high-speed dynamic balance test should be carried out after the overspeed test.\" Is this wording appropriate? Additionally, what should be the rotational speeds for the high-speed dynamic balance test and the overspeed test respectively?
This is the sequence of the manufacturer’s production process. The high-speed dynamic balance test is conducted at full speed, which generally refers to the normal operating speed. The speed for the overspeed test is the speed at which the machine shuts down, and this varies from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as between different model types.
