There is leakage in the carbon ring seal of multi-stage centrifugal fans; do any of you have any good solutions?
Simply replace the carbon ring above; for specific details, you can consult the manufacturer’s staff
Is it being started and stopped too frequently during operation? If so, it needs to be replaced. Disassemble it and check whether the rings can move freely within their grooves; an excessively small axial clearance or foreign objects stuck on the axial end faces can also cause leakage!
Thank you, but it’s not broken; there’s just a leak after nitrogen purging
Is it normal for nitrogen to leak out?
