What is the function of the cooling oil pump?

The MAN condensing steam turbine installed on the unit has an inlet pressure of 9.4 Mpa and an outlet pressure of 0.02 Mpa; it is equipped with a lubricating oil pump, a control oil pump, a jacking oil pump, and a cooling oil pump. I understand the functions mentioned earlier; but what is the role of the cooling oil pump? Is it used for cooling the high-pressure end bearing of the turbine? If so, can’t the lubricant cool it? I get it now: the function of the cooling oil pump is to start it during an emergency shutdown in order to cool the bearings on the high-pressure side of the turbine. The cooling of oil generally takes place by passing it through a heat exchanger after it comes out of the lubricating oil pump; I’m not sure about the flow path of your cooling pump.
What is the outlet temperature after heat exchange at the location of your cooling oil pump? Is it the lubricating oil that passes through the supercooler after the main oil pump in the oil station, or is it the cooling oil pump itself? Please provide a detailed explanation.
It is independent of the lubricating oil pump, with a separate pipeline leading to the bearing box
The cooling oil pump is independent of the lubricating oil pump; it has its own pipeline that leads to the bearing box on the high-pressure side (intake side) of the turbine
I’m not quite sure; if that’s the case, won’t the oil pumped by the lubricating pump into the main lubrication pipeline end up in the bearing box instead? Some of the units in our plant are equipped with emergency oil pumps, which are powered by emergency generators to ensure lubrication of the turbines in the event of a power outage.

Is the cooling oil pump used independently, feeding directly to the high-pressure side of the turbine? The lubricating oil pump is used for lubrication and cooling. Is the control oil pump in your unit also independent? In that case, the cooling oil pump is used to cool the turbine bearing housings separately.
