Consultation regarding the lubricant for Atlas micro oil air compressors

Gentlemasters, I’m currently using mineral oil in my equipment. Someone told me that over time, mineral oil can form black lumps, and these lumps can enter the reduction gearbox of the main motor through the oil circuit, thereby affecting the lifespan of the gears. My question is, does mineral oil tend to clump together after being used for a long time? 2- Are the lubrication circuits for the screw and the main reduction gearbox connected? Thank you all! !
Special lubricant for screw compressors is required; at least semi-synthetic or fully synthetic oil should be used. Mineral oil is not recommended as it can lead to coking, severe wear of the compressor components, and locking issues.
Use Great Wall brand lubricants.
