1. The installation direction of the bearing sleeve in Figure 4 is correct. In Figure 1, was it installed in reverse for this reason before? There are quite a lot of copper shavings on the surface in Figure 3. I don’t see any wear on the oil slinger. Is the positioning bearing 73xxACM? If so, the bearing code M means that the bearing cage is made of brass. The angular contact ball bearings are installed back to back. The installation direction of the bearing sleeves is reversed, which accelerates bearing wear. These copper shavings may also be the product of the wear of the bearing cage. Check the bearing to see if it is worn, and measure the bearing clearance. After all, the radial bearing and the shaft are worn, and 80% of this bearing is also worn.
