The company uses Fusheng air compressors, and recently the pressure difference in the oil-gas tank has been increasing. It used to be stable at 0.01–0.03 Mpa, but now it is rising at a rate of 0.01–0.03 Mpa per day; it has now reached around 0.1 Mpa and continues to rise. We would like to understand the impact of this pressure difference on the air compressors
Oil return is poor; the oil filtration is not working well
Try using a different oil filter; an excessive pressure difference may cause the oil filter to break, leading to a loss of lubricating oil, oil in the air, and shutdown due to low oil levels.
