In fact, when purchasing equipment, those complicated technical agreements are completely useless. Trust is the foundation of cooperation and communication: if you trust him, he will trust you in return. If you provide the necessary funds, he will deliver his products and services. If you doubt him and argue with him, he will also doubt you and treat you dismissively. When written documents start to play a role, it means that the cooperation has already failed

Technical agreements are useful; otherwise why have them? Use whatever you want. Since the agreements are useless, there’s no need to sign any contracts either
