Reducer sprocket

A table reducer has an output speed of 50 revolutions per minute; the diameter of its output sprocket is 120 mm. This sprocket drives the screw used for discharging material from the bin, and the screw’s sprocket has a diameter of 360 mm. One day, the chain broke; there were 6.8 tons of material in the silo. The wear on the screw gear was checked, and since there was no spare gear, a gear with a diameter of 240 mm was used instead. The speed control reducer was not able to drive the screw. The screw bearings and the reducer were found to be in good condition, so it was suspected that there might be foreign objects in the silo. After cleaning it, no such objects were found. After replacing it with a 360mm sprocket, a test run was conducted with 4.8 tons of material in the silo, and it operated normally. What’s the difference between using a 240mm sprocket and a 360mm one? Apart from the rotational speed.
By switching to a 240-tooth sprocket, a greater torque is required.. It’s similar to a road bike: when the rear wheel’s large gear is replaced with a smaller one, more effort is needed to pedal. That’s how I understand it. Feel free to discuss
k times the product of torque and rotational speed equals power; in other words, when power is constant, rotational speed is inversely proportional to torque!
