Sharpening the axe doesn’t delay chopping wood. Could everyone identify the components in the picture?
Figure 1 should be the gear switch for adjusting the speed of the reduction gearbox.
It’s the KSL extruder LCM450; judging from the wear condition of the cutting knives, the axial pressing force on these knives is a bit too high, so the pressure in the hydraulic pressing cylinder needs to be reduced
Is the Kobe steel unit of type 450 or 450H?
Figure 1 shows the high and low speed settings. Figure 2 depicts the gearbox. Figure 3 is the main motor. Figure 4 shows the water chamber and the motor of the pelletizer. Figure 5 shows 24 cutting knives. Figure 6 appears to indicate that the cutting knives are damaged. Figure 8 is a view of the water chamber’s sight glass; I didn’t see any light in the water chamber, nor any infrared sensors connecting the water chamber to the template
