The inlet vane bearing of centrifugal air compressors always fails

The inlet vane bearings of the Shouli centrifugal air compressors in the workshop keep breaking, which results in poor load handling capacity by the compressors. Several replacements have been made, but with no satisfactory results; it seems that the bearings are not staying in place – the upper ones appear to be positioned on the outer side of their tracks, while the lower ones are on the inner side, and the lower bearings don’t bear any load; it’s usually the upper bearings that fail. The manufacturer’s after-sales service team also came to check it once; was it a problem with the bearings or an issue with the installation of the air compressor vanes?
Can bearings of the same model manufactured by the same factory get damaged in another factory as well? If the bearings from other manufacturers are not damaged, then the problems with the bearings from one’s own factory need to be considered. If it is confirmed that there are no issues with the bearings, then other factors need to be taken into account
This requires replacing the entire actuator set; replacing just a single bearing is not sufficient
Could it be that the insufficient installation accuracy of the guide vanes is causing excessive vibration?
Bearings are now very mature; I would rather believe other things than doubt bearings right away.
As can be seen from the diagram, the actuator is not aligned with the pipe or the bearings; the weight of the bearing fixing ring is mainly borne by the upper part. It might be useful to examine the forces acting on the blade supports inside the pipe
