What does each code in the Shouli air compressor K constant table represent? Our factory’s air compressors are equipped with first-stage vibration sensors, but the following phenomenon occurs: the value of vibration at the time of first-stage shutdown is not recorded after a shutdown occurs.

First, check whether the K30 is 1
K30 is 0; there’s no issue with this parameter. Level 1 vibration is displayed normally on my touch screen. In the data retrieved during alarm activation or tripping, the value remains 0; there is no record of the real-time value of the primary vibration at the time of the alarm or tripping
After changing K30 to 1, all the words indicating first-stage vibration on the touch screen disappeared, suggesting that there is no measurement point for first-stage vibration in the compressor. So it’s fine to set it to 0 originally
Take a look at 16.17 – could it be a problem with the display resolution? Or maybe it’s an issue with the screen’s software. Don’t make any changes while it’s running, haha
