Strengthen inspections to prevent accidents

After the morning meeting, I went to the site for an inspection and found that the motor was running at high temperatures; I notified the process team to shut down the equipment. It took three minutes, and that’s how it happened.

Potential hazards should be addressed promptly; there’s no time to wait, otherwise the consequences will be severe....
The staff responsible for work must be held accountable for inadequate inspections.
The motor is overheating, and even the mechanical seal has burned out
This has little to do with inspections; it’s not possible to conduct an inspection every 3 or 5 minutes. Preventive maintenance or proactive maintenance should be carried out. It is crucial to carry out proper equipment inspections and take proactive measures to repair the equipment!
