Hydraulic PSSR usually refers to the hydrostatic testing of equipment and pipelines as part of the safety inspection of chemical processing equipment. However, “water intermodal transport” is not a common term; it may be an internal term used by specific companies or regions. Under normal circumstances, PSSR (Pre-Startup Safety Review) is a series of safety checks carried out before a piece of equipment is put into operation, to ensure that all systems, equipment, and components are safe and meet the design and operational requirements. Regarding the issue of winter, generally speaking, when conducting pressure tests in low-temperature environments, certain anti-freezing measures are taken, such as using antifreeze, providing insulation, or selecting times when the temperature is relatively suitable for carrying out the tests, in order to prevent water from freezing. .
