This mainly depends on performance, mostly affiliated individuals and private enterprises. It's not just a general overhaul if there is damage, it's all fine. If it is more damaging, it needs to be solved through coordination with the equipment manufacturer. It is usually necessary to have installation qualifications for this type of equipment.
