Regarding the coupling size issue

The manufacturer has given the dimensions of the shaft hole, inner diameter, outer diameter, shaft length and shaft spacing. I am not very good at understanding what these dimensions mean. I am attaching a picture. Can someone please mark where the names of these five dimensions are on the picture. Thank you all.
You will know if you get a physical object. The key is the pin bolt part. Disassembly of this thing requires certain skills, for reference.
