Modular operation – what a brilliant idea. But this electricity usage issue should be a problem, right? For example, does such equipment use a voltage of 380~V/10KV? Currently, the power supply for air separation is 6 KV for the old systems and 10 KV for the new ones. The capacity of 380V transformers is a problem; I don’t know how they work. Oil-free air compressors are available in both electric and diesel-powered versions; when the factory has an electricity supply, diesel-powered compressors are the better choice. Additionally, some companies opt for a package that includes a generator along with the compressor, which is equivalent to setting up a small temporary air compression station on site :)
